Copyright and your drawings

Living Pages brings drawings to life for adults, including parents and guardians animating their children's original artwork with the necessary authority. Use original drawings you control, appropriately licensed work or suitable public-domain material. A child's authorship is respected; the parent is not automatically the copyright owner. Possessing a colouring book, tracing a protected character or copying someone else's illustration does not by itself provide the underlying rights to upload and animate it. Our app does not grant those rights and does not certify ownership from a user checkbox.

The intended adult-operated use and input terms help define the service, but do not exempt Studio Kostov from applicable law or provider obligations. The technical ability to scan another image is not permission to use it. We do not promise every AI output is unique, copyright-protected or free of others' rights. We do not claim ownership of a child's drawing or permission to use it in advertising.

If your rights may be affected

Contact support@studiokostov.com with the subject “Living Pages copyright report”. You can also select Copyright in the app's Report an AI output screen.

Please identify the work and the rights you hold or represent, describe the suspected use and why it is unauthorised, and provide a way to contact you. Include a job/reference identifier if available. There is no public library link to supply. Do not send identity documents, a full copyrighted book or private images unless we establish that specific evidence is necessary. State that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorised to make the report.

Studio Kostov reviews the report and may request proportionate information, restrict future processing, take available provider action and respond to the parties as appropriate. We will not describe unavailable remote deletion of a user's offline local library as something we have performed. Mandatory legal and court obligations remain applicable. A report is not automatically proof of infringement; contact support to contest an incorrect restriction.
