Delete your Living Pages account

This page is for Living Pages: Art in Motion, operated by Georgi Kostov, trading as Studio Kostov. You can request account and associated service-data deletion without installing the app.

Request deletion by email

Email privacy@studiokostov.com with the subject Living Pages account deletion. Tell us the email address you use to sign in, or your account or legacy wallet ID if known. Send from the account email where possible. If you use Apple's Hide My Email, tell us that you use Apple sign-in.

We will verify ownership before deleting records. Do not send your password, login code, Apple signing key, wallet access secret or recovery file. We will explain any additional verification needed.

Request deletion in the app

Open Settings → Account (Account and credits in older versions) and choose Delete account. This closes service access and starts a deletion request. Legacy wallet users can use Close wallet and request deletion.

What happens next

We handle requests manually and respond without undue delay, normally within one month. If a lawful extension is necessary, we explain it within that first month. Closing access does not mean every record has already been erased; we confirm the completed outcome and explain any exceptions.

Deletion covers your login profile and associated service data that we no longer need, including applicable records held by our processors. We may retain records required for financial, legal, fraud-prevention or dispute obligations for the applicable period. We identify the relevant exceptions in our response; retained records are restricted to those purposes.

Your local drawings, videos and exported backups remain under your control. Delete those copies separately. Account deletion does not itself refund a purchase or erase records independently held by Apple or Google. You can also request deletion of particular service data without closing the entire account; tell us what you want removed.
