Visiting this page

The site is hosted on Vercel. Requests include technical information such as your IP address and browser information needed to deliver and secure the website. The font, icons, and video preview image are hosted with the site. There are no advertising scripts or tracking cookies.

Optional website analytics

Only after you choose Accept analytics, we send limited website events to PostHog EU: a page visit, a demo or feed request, and a successful early-access form response. A successful response is not proof of a new or verified subscriber. We do not send email addresses, form contents, drawings, recordings, URL parameters, referrers or app activity. There is no session replay, advertising profile or cross-site identity. A random identifier exists only while this page is open. PostHog receives your network address to deliver the request; event location enrichment is disabled and the organization discards client IP addresses.

The legal basis is your consent. We store only your yes/no analytics preference in this browser for up to 90 days. You can reject or withdraw using Analytics preferences at the bottom of the homepage; withdrawal stops future events and does not affect earlier lawful processing. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control keep analytics off. Analytics permission is separate from signup emails and TikTok playback. Read PostHog's privacy notice. For access or deletion requests, use the privacy contact above; we do not keep a persistent identifier linking these events to your email.

TikTok videos and profile feed

The featured TikTok player loads only when you press “Watch the magic”. The recent-video profile feed loads separately when you press “Load latest videos”. By choosing either control, you connect to TikTok to watch that content. TikTok receives technical information including your IP address and may use cookies or similar technology under its own Privacy Policy. You can instead use the direct TikTok links. The profile feed shows recent public Studio Kostov posts across projects; video selections and interactions are controlled by TikTok. Reloading this page stops the embedded player; this site does not remember your choice.

Early-access signup

If you join the list, Studio Kostov stores your email address, signup time and the version of your signup permission to send you Living Pages early-access and launch updates. Joining is voluntary and is not an app account or a purchase. We do not add you to other Studio Kostov newsletters. Email ownership is not verified and no automatic confirmation email is sent.

We rely on your consent for these updates and our legitimate interest in securing the form for abuse prevention. The list is stored privately in our Neon database in Frankfurt and processed by our Vercel website. Entries expire after 180 days and are removed at the next daily cleanup. A future email-delivery provider will be identified here before it is used. We do not sell the list.

We also use a keyed hash of your network address and the current hour to limit repeated submissions. The signup tables do not store your raw network address; these abuse-prevention counters are removed after two days by daily cleanup. Hosting providers still receive the technical request information described above.

You can withdraw your signup permission, request access or correction, or ask us to remove your entry by emailing hello@studiokostov.com from the address you used. For privacy questions you can also contact privacy@studiokostov.com. Withdrawal does not affect earlier processing. You may raise a complaint with your local data-protection authority, including the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
